Breakfast is the morning meal that all of us take before anything. It is known as the most important meal of the day as it is the first thing that people eat after having a long pause of food intake. Usually people drink milk, tea or coffee as soon as they wake up and then after a while only they get ready to have their breakfast. Breakfast plays the main part in the morning as children have to eat it before going to school and elders too have breakfast before going to work. Researchers say that the ideal time to take breakfast is between eight in the morning to ten in the morning as it will be digested by the time we take our lunch in. There are different varieties of breakfast and they are different from country to country.

In pre grades, teachers educate the children about breakfast and how important it is to have a proper breakfast before one puts their self to work. Food such as baked beans, potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, slices of ham and butter are added to make the English breakfast.

In most of the Asian countries, they make rice for their breakfast with three or more curries. Other than that roti, milk rice, chapatti and naan are made for breakfast. British nurseries do not only promote the English breakfast but also other types of breakfast around the world. That is to widen their knowledge about types of food and breakfast patterns. The preschool stage is the best time to educate a child as their brains are fresh in condition and are capable of storing a great capacity of knowledge. Therefore the little ones should be made aware of the other varieties of food around the world.

It has been prescribed as fine to have a big breakfast, medium size lunch and a light dinner before six in the evening. No matter what every person has to think about their health when making food plans. Health should always be the first priority.
